***Diary Post*** Happy Pride Month!!! Oh gosh, where do I begin My journey to discover my sexuality and my gender has been a long and complicated one! I grew up in a household where anything out of the Christian norm was forbidden and punished. Being gay was a sin. I didn’t even know trans people existed. But I always felt different... my mind and body didn’t feel like a normal straight girl. It made me cringe and withdraw when people called me a girl. The first time I had true sexual thoughts about a girl, I was terrified. I cried myself to sleep for weeks. In my community, the church was the centerpiece, and they never hesitated to talk about what happened to homosexuals in hell... When I finally escaped and left my hometown, it was like another world. I learned about gender, sexuality, and self acceptance. I explored and investigated my relationship with my gender, and found myself to take on the label of non-binary, which gave me so much euphoria and inner peace. I began to explore my sexuality, and I found that gender played no part in my ability to love, that it was the heart that mattered. I found myself understanding and accepting my love for men, women, and those in between. I found community, self love, and endless comfort 💕 Finally now I am in a place where I can explore all of this, as freely as I wish. Especially my sexual explorations, which you cuties get to enjoy!! The times I’ve spent with @aliceoncam where she gently helped me explore have smothered the bigoted religious words that swim in my head telling me I’m bad and wrong for who I am. I am me. I am queer. I am non-binary. I have fought and struggled and suffered, but I am true to myself and that is something I would not change for anything in the world 💕 Happy pride my loves May you love yourself as you love others There will also be an influx of content aimed at queer and gender nonconforming people this month!
