Fitness journey progress check ✔️ Yesterday I was so happy because I measured myself in the gym scale and I reached one of my first goals 🥺 I will talk about numbers in the end if you are curious. Just a little reminder to not give up on your dreams, you can do it!! Whatever it is you are aiming for, the most important thing is to not give up, even if the process is slow. My choice of changing my body was 100% personal, I was healthy enough but it has a lot to do with my passion of doing cosplay and filming half naked videos 😜 I wasnt feeling comfortable with myself so I decided to change, become stronger mentally and physically. My goal now is work on my abs specifically, lets see how that goes after 1 month, I will update you guys 👉🏻👈🏻 If you are curious about the numbers: My starting weight: 121.8 My current weight: 120.9 I lost 10 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle
