Compare before/after air pumps (yes there’s a full vid) with before/after gallon chugging 🥵 subtle difference in shape!

I’m gonna make before/afters from the livestream too once it’s done processing because I did have to use the bathroom before I could take higher quality after pictures (but no pipi 😳 I think the sweetener in the tea reacted!)

Which do you think makes me bigger! I still think food that has a lot of weight to it and liquid together make my gut the biggest. I look bigger in the “before” from tonight because I had a meal before streaming and couldn’t really flex my “abs” all the way 🤣
