Btw “just gain weight until it’s big again” isn’t an option for me to keep weightlifting & be in optimal health for babymaking time 🥲💞 I still have fat all around my belly too so I will gain there as well, just not as much as before!

as it heals it will look even ROUNDER and softer 😍The before pics are after doing glute workouts multiple times a week for 6 MONTHS with a weightlifting coach and eating a super high protein & carb diet so.. literally no way of achieving the ass & hips I have now from gym alone 🤷‍♀️ no regrets, I love my bubble butt and I can’t wait to grow it 🫧
