Yesterday I got SO stuffed, I had 2 huge bowls of shrimp Alfredo pasta, 5 pieces of cheesecake, 3 beers, a bottle of strawberry milk and a glass of wine. 🥵 gained 2 whole pounds from it!! Stuffed from 181 to over 186!
