I don’t know if anyone is interested in the information from my dexa scans 💪 I did my last one in December of last year right before my surgery and a new one 2 days ago! I haven’t lost any weight but I’ve gained 22 lbs of muscle 🤯🤯 which is like kind of crazy in a deload (basically lower intensity). I train my arms at close to full strength but my legs and glutes I train lighter because I don’t want to mess up the healing of my booty - gained almost 1 lb of muscle on each leg, almost 10 POUNDS of muscle in my core and the rest in my arms!
Still eating around 3,000 calories a day haha. I took a break from allowing you all to buy me treats because I have a bunch of groceries I need to eat but this weekend I would love some full sugar boba teas - today is free ice cream cones at Dairy Queen btw no purchase necessary!!
I also recently saw a video of all the restaurants that give you free food in your bday sooo I’m gonna sign up for all the rewards and then make a video close to my bday eating all the free food >:3
