I wanted to practice my swallowing skills more, so I made steamed baby carrots (they’re only slightly soft) with edamame and hot honey shrimp, all in yummy sauce! Also peep my breakfast earlier 👀 for dessert i am gonna have some gelato with banana slices and PB ☺️ also had a couple protein shakes today

One of you showed me Leah shutkever on YouTube and turns out copying the technique she does for hot dogs on carrots is super easy! I hope it works when I do hot dogs too!
