Yesterday was really good!! Almost hit 4,000 and and the highest stuffed weight Iāve seen all week š„° I slept in a lot because I couldnāt sleep the night before so for starting around 4pm I was able to eat a lot. My goal for today is to eat about an equal amount or more š For anyone who may be concerned about my counting calories again - this is temporary to help me get through the plateau Iām stuck at and I wouldnāt be doing it if I was worried it would affect me negatively. Itās kind of a drag, but at the same time itās fun seeing it all add up as I eat throughout the day! Ps Iām a MFP noob (I used Fitbit in the past) so I added everything as snacks 𤪠Iāll try and log better today! 2,950 is the amount the app says I need to gain 1lb a week but I think itās more than that - we will find out!
