I've been taking things one day at a time. My diet, posting on social media, just everything. I'm slowly learning to be ok taking my time and making sure I don't put too much pressure on me. This is me. My back rolls, my cellulite, my stretch marks and sore body. Some days I love my appearance, some days I cry. Today though, I'm ok and and working on understanding why I have a love/hate relationship with food. It's a daily struggle but one I know in the long run I'll appreciate and understand❤
