We had such a busy day! Grocery store on base, then to get my new prescription glasses that I LOVEEEEE, then to get my husband’s helmet stitched (he’ll be in the field this week so needs his helmet), next we headed to his work to look at something.Then back home to do loads of laundry, change out our Christmas bedding, take down the outdoor Christmas decorations (yayyyyy now officially all decorations are put away) and now I’m taking a nice shower. Hi everyone. Sorry I couldn’t go live this week. My husband is on leave so we have been all over the state and into Oregon this entire week. Hi everyone. I took a day off posting nudity just to have a “mental day” but as I’m about to lay down wanted to get a photo🥰 there was a lot going on in the news regarding mental health and it just hit harder as the day progressed. Not bad, I reflected all day. I’ve had a bit of very low moments in my past and have spent months recently learning to embrace my anxiety and depression when they come. I reflected where I was months ago, years ago and the progress I’ve made today. As a whole, it’s quite heartbreaking to know millions, millions of people suffer anxiety/depression but what makes it “manageable” (for lack of a better word) is knowing we are not alone. I probably shouldn’t post a topless photo with this caption so please know I mean this with the greatest respect and I show my depression and anxiety the respect it deserves because fighting it off has done me noooooooooo good but made it hurt more. It does not consume me like it did before but instead I work with whatever I’m going through to better understand why my brain is telling me what it is. I listened to a lot of music today, soft and thought provoking music and will attach a photo of the song I had on repeat today (YouTube music) so let me know if you like it or know the artist. I also had white noise on all morning- snow falling and putting it in right now to fall asleep. I’ll make a video tomorrow and will try to go live. Finally after three years my left nipple doesn’t slope anymore!!!!! If you don’t know, three years ago I had an infection that opened up on the side of my left areola. When the reconstructive Dr stitched me up, she somehow stitched my areola “down and across”. I never healed properly (I don’t blame her) but because of this, it’s been an ongoing issue and scar tissue issues. After my last surgery, I was left with a “puffy fat pocket” right at the same spot as the slope and today FINALLY had it removed!!! Knock on wood this fixed everything permanently. I have internal stitching so nothing on the outside but I did need to edit it some because of healing. I know some people will say “I didn’t even notice” and that’s kind but this really has been something that has bothered me for a very long time. I’ll be taking it easy for a few weeks with the bouncing and videos (because I can’t show healing) but other than that all is great😀 wanted to let y’all know☺️
